As we approach the event date, our team takes care of every logistical detail. This includes transportation, setup, and installation of all exhibition stands or branding elements. We ensure that everything is executed flawlessly, meeting all deadlines and specifications.

6- Event Execution & Management

During the event, our team at EKAT GROUP is on-site to manage all aspects, ensuring everything runs smoothly. From managing live production elements to troubleshooting issues, we are there to guarantee that your event experience exceeds expectations.

7- Post-Event Evaluation & Support

After the event, we conduct a debrief with our clients to evaluate the success of the project and gather feedback. We also provide post-event support, including dismantling and storage of stands, ensuring that all materials are handled appropriately
